Going Strong

I was going to say hanging tough, but I decided against it...

Sam had another game this weekend. Kallu and Pipo and Grandpa and Nana and Matt and Sophie and I all went to watch him play. He didn't do as well this time, but he tried hard and he knows what to do next time.

Sam was excited because Mark Mashburn, University of Dubuque's DB came to watch him. Through emails and talking to the coach, Mark has become somewhat of a friend of Sam's. Check out the UD football-they are doing well.

Here's some pictures!

Arizona and the Bachelorette Party

So last weekend I went to my friend Haley's bachelorette party, and Matt took Sophie to Arizona to visit his mom. Sam spent the weekend with Nana and Grandpa and Kallu and Pipo since he had a football game. Here are a couple pics from the party and from Arizona...

Nana and Me

Mom and dad came down and hung out with us with Carl. Here are a couple interesting shots of Sophie and Nana...good pals.

Sophia Smiles

Sophie has been smiling lots lately! I got some great pictures of her in the past few days (Sam doesn't like to get his pic taken anymore) and I wanted to share these great shots. Some Sophie wisdom is below.

"I don't like to drink lemonade anymore, cause you have to kill lemons."

(Holding onto Grandpa Dee and Uncle Kalevi's hands) "Now I have two old people."
"One kitten and one kitten equals one cat."

"I love you Ryan. Amen!"
