Build A Bear

The girls got to pick out a Build a Bear and put it together, bathe it, cloth it, and love it. My girl picked out a pink leopard after much hem-hawing. She loved it! Then on the way home, in Lauri and Andi's car, she threw up on it. Poor Sassy! Both pukey girl and Miss Sassy survived, and are doing fine.

My Daughter's New Boyfriend...

Yes, she's only five, but this has to be her third or fourth boyfriend (after Ryan, Gabriel, and Kevin) now there's a new one. Here they are below hanging out as monkeys and tigers and snakes. He's been awesome playing with her and being a great friend.

Peace Train

I don't know if it was exactly a peaceful train ride with six kids under 11, but Laura Sawyer, Andrea & Lauri and Monica and I had an awesome time taking the FrontRunner Train from Ogden to SLC! We almost missed the train home (we got there with 5 minutes to spare) and we'd have had to wait for an hour to take the next one. We all had an awesome time!

Museum Adventures

Hair Crazy!

We got our hair cut yesterday and both Sophia and I had our hair colored. Sophia got a wash-out pink dye in her hair that she loves! Here is her entire hair process.

New Sophia Pictures

Hanging at Andrea and Lauri's

Tonight we are spending the night at Andrea and Lauri's house. Sophia loves playing with Jace, their dog, and all the toys they have at their house. I like having adult conversation and we are FINALLY going to play cards! It will be fun...too bad Andi has to work at 6 a.m.

New Home

We are in Utah! It has been a few weeks, and for that I apologize, but we finally had some time to sit down at the computer. We are living in the Roberts' home in Logan, and it is working out very well. Here are some pictures of our new home!

Here is our tiny bedroom - two twin size beds! It's a tight squeeze when Sophia gets scared at night.
Here is our small living room. It works well for late night reads for me as Sophia sleeps right next door!
Here is Phillip, the Roberts' son who also lives in the house. Sophia loves spending time with him, and he kills spiders in the basement for us!
