How Much Is That Doggy In the Window...

Currently, we have taken in a stray dog from our area. She bounded up to me yesterday full of energy and love. She is a bit thin and scrawny and she'd love to play with the cats (Patchy spent the day in the tree yesterday) but she is a very fun little dog, and the boy has loved getting to know her. He named her Maggie Mae and takes his guitar out to sing that very song to her. He also runs and plays catch with her. We have put up flyers around the area to see if anyone belongs to her...and we will keep you posted.

School Days

My baby has started kindergarten and my boy is a middle schooler. It's crazy, but I am a little sad they they are growing up too quickly! Here are both my kids as they started their first days of school.

Here is his bus picking him up. I always knew my kids were number 1 - now the bus proves that. Hee hee...no seriously, I'm just glad it's not the short bus.
My baby started Tuesday, August 26 - her she is ready to go
She hopped out of the car rarin' to go this morning. I barely got a kiss out of her before she ran in with one of the kindergarten teachers. Wow!! Both kids - all grown up.

San Francisco

These are a couple of pictures from the San Fran mission trip. I thought they were decent, and I had an awesome time on the trip...what a great opportunity for me!

Sleepy Girl

My lovely daughter spent the entire day hanging out with us in Madison, running around on a 2 mile hike and shopping for a couple hours and going out to eat with us. She was a real trooper, and here she is on the way home.

Golfing

During our vacation this past month, I went golfing with Kim, Robin, and dad, and I was able to drive the golf cart. Everyone played well and I had a great time hanging with all of them.

Maybe I will try the sport out some day???

Welcome to the World Lily!

My friend Haley Nichols had her baby on Wednesday. Here is Lily Kathryn Nichols...she was 8 pounds 3 oz. and 20.5 inches long. Congrats to Haley, Andy, and Asher.
